2 weeks have passed since last update about one of the best rated applications for management SMS from iPhone your, BiteSMS, and this reached beta 4 of version 4.6, bringing some quite interesting news.
First of all, it is about the option mentioned by me in the previous article, namely the possibility to set the phone to send a SMS at a certain time of one/more contacts but that's not all, the application developer has added the possibility to answer a SMS using the QuickReply function from any open application/LockScreen, the possibility to block the archive of SMS adding a password; plus some other goodies that you can unlock by downloading the application from the beta repo.
BiteSMS also offers buyers the opportunity to use its own SMS distribution network by offering credits for purchase on the site official this being a very good and cheap method to send SMS when you are Roaming for example.
For those interested, BiteSMS 4.6 can be downloaded and tested from Cydia through the repo: http://www.bitesms.com/cydia/beta4.6 but you do it at your own risk because the application, being in the beta testing period, is not 100% functional.
