The number of Romanian applications for iPhone / iPod Touch it increased a few days ago by another 1 by accepting in AppStore of the first Romanian application (that I know of) that contains Road Code with all the documents and changes up to now.
To be honest, such an application is quite useful considering the very large number of "professional" drivers on the streets of Romania, so for some such an application is a must-have!
Here are the normative acts contained in the application:

And what features does it have:
- the two laws can be read like books, page by page
– navigation to a specific chapter
- viewing the progress in the book, selecting a certain page
- contextual search in each individual book
- bookmarks
- the penalties extracted separately, in tabular form, accompanied by the number of points, the minimum and maximum fine and the number of days of suspension
- contextual search in the table of penalties
