TomTom 1.3 sent to Apple for approval

Almost a month ago I told you that TomTom intends to update the navigation application for iPhone to version 1.3, and yesterday the company sent the new version of the application to Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), to be inserted into AppStore.

TomTom 1.3 comes brings options that already exist in other navigation software:

- live traffic which most likely makes it initially available only in the USA and only on a subscription basis;

– Google POIs(points of interest) search that will be available for free as part of the update;

– some other functions about which TomTom has not yet said anything.

It is known that TomTom unlike Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), takes into account the opinions of its customers and in each version tries to implement features insisted on by users and it is very possible that the new options that have not been talked about yet will be part of the category of complaints gathered on the forums TomTom.

Considering the speed with which applications are now accepted in AppStore it is very possible that the new version of the application will be available on Monday at the latest.
