If I were to take the picture then yes, iPhone OS 4.0 it works with the prototype iPhone 4G/HD presented by a forum from Vietnam, but in reality the picture (I say) is just a work in Photoshop. iPhone OS 4.0 it could not run on this phone because it has different hardware than iPhone 3GS to say a firmware for iPhone 3GS it would have to be modified quite a bit to work with this prototype.
My opinion is that the guys in Vietnam are pushing this whole thing too far. Why? Well, they have an enormous amount of traffic, before there were 78.000 people online and with a simple calculation in one day several hundreds of thousands of people would pass through their servers and I suspect that this is the only reason why the story continues.
