Apple sold over 1.7 million iPhone 4 terminals in just 3 days

Today Apple issued a press release announcing that it sold more than 1.7 million iPhone 4 terminals until June 26, breaking last year's record when they sold 1 million iPhone 3GS terminals in the days after the launch. It is an extraordinarily high number and it shows how much people want an iPhone 4 and this explains quite clearly why Apple has problems with the stock for the iPhone 4. Apple had managed to sell 2 million iPad tablets until June 7 when it it was the WWDC conference, but with the iPhone 4 it has already exceeded this figure, taking into account Sunday's sales.

It all started from the 600.000 orders made on the first day and the final result is a figure almost 3 times higher and Apple once again amazes the entire mobile phone manufacturing industry with its ability to promote a product.

An interesting aspect is that in the press release Apple says that the new iPhone 4 will be available in the other 22 countries until the end of July, so we can expect an iPhone 4 launch in the other countries around the end of July.
