During today's day, Apple sent a request of registration as a trademark of the case for iPhone 4 to the US Patent & Trademark Office, the US organization similar to OSIM in Romania, through which it tries to protect the design of the iPhone 4 package from possible acts of counterfeiting by the Chinese, for example, which already they took it out clone iPhone 4 on the market.
To be honest, it seems to me that the iPhone 3GS package looks much better than the one for the iPhone 4, as if the embossed image of the iPhone 3GS fits a little better with the way Apple makes its product packages.
