Apple waives the fee for returning an iPhone

Yesterday, Apple announced that all iPhone 4 owners will be able to return their phones to Apple without having to pay a 10% tax on the value of the product in case of its return. If you didn't know, in the USA buyers have a period of 30 days in which they can return the purchased product if they are not satisfied with it, and Apple charges dissatisfied customers with 10% of the value of the product when they return it. Starting yesterday, any iPhone 4 can be returned without paying the 10% tax, I don't know if this rule also applies in the other countries where the iPhone 4 is sold, but the initiative of those from Apple is to be praised.

In my opinion, this is the first step taken by Apple to appease its customers who are dissatisfied with the problems the iPhone 4 has, but a complete solution to the signal problem would be much better because this provision does not apply to us, and in the case of purchasing an iPhone 4 from an Orange store, we will not be able to return it after the same period of time.
