During this day, a hacker from Vietnam "hacked" many iTunes accounts of some Americans and bought books worth hundreds of dollars from the "Books" section of the AppStore. Moreover, it seems that the hacker a compromise the "Books" section of the Appstore and if you look carefully at the picture above, you will notice that some of the books have been renamed to "Conan 1-9" and the icons have been modified with pictures taken from the Internet. Apparently 42 of the 50 most bought books in the AppStore belong to a Vietnamese named Thuat Nguyen who is possibly behind this attack or at least involved in its organization.
To be honest, it's the first time I've heard of such an attack against Apple and it's probably the first time someone manages to compromise Apple's servers in such a way as to have access to modify the content of the online store. Apple has not commented anything at all about this incident for now, but it will definitely do so soon, it will solve its security problems and most likely it will return people's money back.
