Starting today iPhone 4 will be available for purchase in Mexico, although Apple has not made any official announcement in this regard. The launch in Mexico means the end of the exclusivity regarding the sale of the iPhone 4 held by TelCel, a rather surprising move on the part of Apple, which in the US preferred to continue the exclusivity with AT&T. It is strange that Apple did not announce anything officially before the launch, so it is possible to witness other such launches in the near future. However, don't expect something like that in Romania because our country is not a big enough market to be considered before other big countries where the iPhone 4 is not available.
Until then, we are waiting for the conference on September 1, where Apple should provide new information about the availability of the iPhone 4 in the next wave of countries. If, however, Apple will not give any information in this regard, then it is very likely that the launch will take place somewhere towards the end of the month.
