Their product is called CM-IW2000 and it is practically an iPad tablet mounted on a wall of your house, but this solution will give you the possibility to control the audio system, the television, the lights or even the air conditioner directly from the tablet. Everything is done through applications specially made to be compatible with the electrical appliances in your home.
If you want to install such a system in your home, then it would be good to have $500 ready because that's how much it costs to automate your home. The idea seems quite good to me and it will definitely catch on in the US, but only there and not with too many people. Apple fan, Apple fan, but it seems like it's too much.
