Google recently launched the "Google Instant" service that allows you to do instant searches using the Google search engine. More precisely, you open google.ro and start writing in the text box and as you write, Google will give you the results instantly instead of having to load a page for that. Based on this idea, other sites started to introduce the possibility of doing an instant search, just yesterday Apple introduced the possibility of instantly searching for songs from the iTunes Store.
AppStore Instant is a service given of the site AppOfTheDay and not by Apple, but it allows you to do "instant searches" for an application from the AppStore. In essence, the idea is the same, that is, access the website, write the desired word in the text box and the results will be displayed immediately below the text box. It's a very simple and fast way to search for applications and I suspect that I will use it often to the detriment of iTunes.
