ControllerOrBust.com – a new gaming accessory for the iPhone

The iPhone has been around for more than 3 years and for now there is no game controller dedicated to this gaming device. This is how the description of the project begins ControllerOrBust.com initiated by Benjamin Morrise who tries to design and in the end maybe be the first to succeed in selling a gaming controller for iDevices. It's definitely not like a project, because so far I've already seen about 3, but none of them ended up being sold in industrial quantities to the general public, although there is still a demand for this. Benjamin Morrise is trying to find an industrial designer, a mechanical engineer, an engineer with a degree in electronics and of course an engineer with a degree in computer science to design and produce together with them the controller model that you have presented in the image above .

Okay, this is ridiculous. The iPhone was introduced over three years ago and there still isn't a game controller peripheral available to the masses. I've seen several prototypes that have kicked around the internet for some time now, but nobody has stepped up to the plate and actually delivered. You know the old saying, "If you want something done right you've gotta do it yourself?" Well, I'm going to follow that wisdom and do it myself. Well, not entirely myself, which is why I'm requesting the help of the entire iPhone 4 community. I know there are many out there who've wished for an iPhone gaming controller and have a piece of the production process puzzle necessary to create one, but need the rest of the pieces. I'm suggesting that we band together and create a group of talented individuals who can make an iPhone 4 game controller a reality. If you think you have what it takes to join this team, send an email to controllerorbust@gmail.com with your name, something unique about you, and why you think you would be a good asset.

I for one would be happy to see that such a controller would be available in industrial quantities for the general public and I would even buy one if the price were not prohibitive.
