After a rather long period of absence, it seems that the iPhone 4 32GB was returned in the Orange offer. The 16GB version was available intermittently during the past week and as things stand, Orange seems to have enough Orange terminals to meet the current demand. We announced at the beginning of the month that Apple started to increase the number of iPhone 4 terminals produced monthly, and here it is, at least at Orange, this can be seen because the operator had the iPhone 4 on offer constantly. I don't know how much the terminal will be available, but how much you can order.
