Apple sued due to iPhone 3G performance problems on iOS 4

Last week the owner of an iPhone 3G from San Diego to sue the Apple company motivating its action by the fact that the company from Cupertino lied to its customers about the performance of the old iDevices in iOS 4 and convinced them to update to the new software even though it would make their phones almost unusable. If you have an iPhone 3G then you know for sure that iOS 4.x works extremely hard on these models and iOS 4.1 which should have solved the problem in reality did not solve anything. In the meantime, the woman allied herself with other iPhone 3G owners angry at Apple and together they called the company to court to probably offer them compensation for the way they chose to treat their customers. The plaintiff claims that the iPhone terminal lost approximately 80% of its functionality due to the update to iOS 4, and seeing the video clips on the Internet, I tend to agree.

Apple has falsely, intentionally and repeatedly represented to owners and consumers of the iPhone 3G that its new operating system for the device, iOS4, was of a nature, quality, and a significant upgrade for the functionality of all iPhone devices, when in fact, the installation and use of the iOS4 on iPhone 3G resulted in the opposite — a device with little more use than that of a paperweight.

We all know that Apple's policy is to release new products with new software and the old products are "disadvantaged" by the new software so that their performance is considerably limited in order to force customers to buy the new terminals. Apple has been doing this since the first generation of iPhone, basically iOS 3.xa limited the performance of the iPhone 3G and iOS 4 limited the performance of the 3GS and turned the 3G into a kind of terminal equipped with Symbian (you know very well that Symbian phones move extremely hard).

People will take Apple to court, Apple will hire better lawyers or pay to buy the "silence" of the plaintiffs and everything will be forgotten.
