The British consider the iPad tablet to be too expensive

According to study recently held online in Great Britain, the vast majority of citizens of the kingdom consider the iPad tablet to be much too expensive. In the US, the iPad tablet has a starting price of $499 without taxes, while Apple stores in the UK sell the iPad tablet at the price of £429 with all taxes included. Even if we were to add the taxes to the price, the final result would not be close to the price of the tablet in Great Britain or the countries of the European Union where the euro currency is used. Apple stated at one point that this price difference is due firstly to the dollar-euro conversion and secondly to the taxes imposed by European governments on electronic products.

It is true that in Europe the taxes are slightly higher, but the price difference between a product sold in the USA and one sold in Europe is enormous. However, if we think about it, all the prices for the iPad tablet were converted from dollars to euros at a conversion rate of 1:1, and the prices for the iPhone are much higher than those in the USA, but even under these conditions, Apple barely sometimes meets the demand. My opinion is that Apple will not change the prices too soon, in fact it is possible to increase them considering that the production prices were recently increased.
