Laptops and smartphones produced by Apple are the most reliable in the world

At least that's what PC World magazine claims, which did it top the most reliable laptops of 2010. Apple has surpassed in this top renowned companies such as Dell, HP, Sony, Lenovo, Asus or Toshiba and this is a very good thing for a company that is mainly known for its iPhone terminals and of iPad tablets. PC World magazine did a study on about 80.000 people and divided the results into several categories and Apple managed to get the highest marks in many of them. Surprisingly, only 8% of those interviewed stated that they did not find any solution when they called Apple for help, this percentage being much lower than that recorded by other companies much better "ranked" than Apple.

The same PC World magazine did one list and of the most reliable smartphones on the market and of course Apple came out on top again with the highest marks among all manufacturers. HTC came in 2nd place and Motorola in 3rd place, and Nokia came out only in 5th place, obtaining very very poor grades, being in the same category as Samsung and LG. It is interesting that Apple is still in first place considering the problems with the antenna and the proximity sensor, but it must be taken into account that this survey did not ask users about these problems but about how easy the smartphone can be used and Apple has the best grades.

So, Apple is doing well this year.
