iPhone occupies the first place in the list of "obsessions" of 2010

The Yahoo search engine made a top of "obsessions" year 2010 and by obsessions we understand the most searched words about a person/product/object/serial/expression/etc. In this top, the iPhone 4 terminal occupies the first place and this creates an image regarding the popularity of the terminal. In this top, the iPhone 4 is accompanied by the iPad tablet, which ranks 3rd, they are separated by Linsay Lohan, who was not as "searched" as the iPhone 4, but at least surpassed the iPad tablet. These statistics only concern US searches because the first 10 places are occupied by products/people for which Americans have the greatest interest.

In this top iPhone 4 and the iPad tablet managed to gain popularity: the TV series Glee, the TV series Jersey Shore, Facebook, plus a few other topics that are not very interesting for us. Yahoo is, even in the US, less used than Google, so my opinion is that such a top made by Google would provide a picture much closer to reality in terms of searches on certain topics.

However, iPhone 4 is a colossal success, the most successful iPhone, or perhaps Apple's product, so far.
