PageLock is a new tweak for iDevices that blocks the ability to scroll through SpringBoard pages. The tweak blocks the classic method of scrolling through pages in SpringBoard using swype, but it gives us the opportunity to move from one page to another by pressing the small dots placed above the dock. To be honest, I don't know to whom this tweak could be useful, but it is available in Cydia for free in the ModMyi repo.
