Video: Denso implements the iPhone as an on-board computer in cars

Denso has developed a new method to implement iPhone terminals as on-board computers for today's cars. The company managed to manufacture a computerized system that can be installed in a car and is "driven" by an iPhone. The system allows the installation of an iPhone terminal on the steering wheel of the car, above the steering wheel of a web camera and to the right of a navigation system. The iPhone controls all these accessories using an application specially designed for it.

Note that the web camera can be controlled through the iPhone, which checks whether you are alert at the wheel or not. If your position is unnatural, similar to drivers who fall asleep at the wheel, the alert system will start to sound to wake you up before you have an accident.

The system is very interesting and very useful for drivers, unfortunately Denso did not offer any prices for the dance, but it will probably cost a few hundred dollars.
