Lately there has been talk of a possible change to the notification system implemented by Apple in iOS, but until we get to the day when Apple will make this decision, we have to make do with the one available now. IconNotifier is a new tweak that will soon be available for purchase from Cydia and will change the way notifications are displayed for our applications. The new system will display all notifications under the application icon instead of the name, where you can see the entire message of the notification. As you can see in the clip above, the entire text of the notification appears under the icon, the developer using a scroll bar to allow the entire message to be displayed.

The tweak will allow us to block all pop-up messages from iOS and will display the text even in the task switcher where the icons for the applications open in the background are listed. It is interesting that using this tweak we will be able to display under the iPod application even the name of the song that is playing at that moment, the tweak being compatible only with SMS/MMS notifications, Push notifications and the names of the songs that are playing. IconNotifier should be available in Cydia soon.

What do you think about him?
