Starting with version 1.1 of Cydia, which will be available soon, there will be the possibility to choose the language in which you want the information in the application to be displayed. chpwn is currently working on the development of language packs for the new version of Cydia, already managing to make some for Spanish and German, and one for Russian will be available soon. chpwn works on the basis of packages sent by users, so basically Cydia could include any language supported by iOS if the package with translations is sent, so if there are people among you who know how to do something like this, they can send chpwn the package with the translation for Cydia and it will be implemented.
I don't know if Cydia will automatically select the language after the one in iOS or if there will be a menu with options available in the application, but if it doesn't have Romanian, we don't really care in which languages it will be available.
