Un website from Germany claims to have information regarding the upcoming Apple conference where the new iOS 5 will be presented, which will be released this summer. Even if it is a rumor for now, last year Apple presented iOS 4 on April 8 and a year before it presented iOS 3 in exactly the same period, so a presentation of iOS 5 in April is very likely. Here we are talking about a "pattern" that Apple follows year after year, that is, it presents a preliminary version of the new iOS approximately 2 months before launching a new iPhone model and presenting the final version at WWDC.
The respective site claims that we will witness the presentation of a new version of MobileMe, but personally I do not believe in such a thing, but we will probably see a slightly modified iOS 5 in terms of design, with many new functions, among which we will probably see a new voice command system and a new navigation system using the Maps application.
