The Flipboard app for iPad was recently updated and the new version of the app displays a warning message if your tablet has been jailbroken. The developers of the application warn users that using the application on a jailbroken iDevice may cause crashes, general instability of the application or the appearance of bugs. You know that a few weeks ago Apple updated the iBooks application and blocked the possibility of reading books on jailbroken terminals and now we have the first application for iPad that contains warning messages against jailbreaking.
Application developers have a way to check if an iDevice is jailbroken or not by implementing a code, so it is possible that in the near future we will see many similar warning messages. I hope that application developers and Apple will not start blocking applications for those who have jailbroken.
