I told you a few weeks ago that the mobilesubstrate plugin, on the basis of which so many applications and tweaks available in Cydia work, is not yet compatible with iOS 4.3 due to some problems caused by the new ASLR security system. saurik has been constantly working on solving these problems and an unofficial version of mobilesubstrate is available but not in Cydia but in the form of a .deb file that we can install. This unofficial version could cause problems with certain applications, so install and use it at your own risk.
Download this .deb file from here, install it with iFile, MobileTerminal or whatever you want and mobilesubstrate will work in iOS 4.3. The clip above was made by iH8sn0w.
