Recently, Apple has its employees check all iPad 2 tablets sent back to be exchanged. It is a normal attitude of the company that tries to see where exactly the problems of the returned products "hide" and how these problems can be solved. This situation generated a very interesting story that has a middle a man from the USA and his wife. Apparently inside a box containing an iPad 2 tablet, an Apple employee found a sticky note that read "Wife said No", a sign that the man was "forced" to return the defective product back to Apple.
The story reached the ears of the vice-presidents of the company who decided to send the man a new product but with a sticky note inside that read "Apple said Yes". It's interesting to see how sometimes in a company like Apple there are people who try to get closer to the customer and get promotion on the spot. Would any big company in Romania do something like that?
