Tutorial: How to save the permanent decoding done on an iPhone

Considering that for several days thousands of iPhone terminals have been decoded using an Apple database, there is a chance that the gate will be closed soon. Moreover, there is a very small chance that Apple will recode the terminals, but as I said, the chance is very small. For those who have just decoded their terminals, there is a solution to save the decoding done using SAM, a patch that activates push notifications on hacked terminals using redsn0w or any other jailbreak solution. If you follow the steps below, you will be protected in the future if Apple tries to reactivate the terminals, at least that's what those who made the tutorial say.

1. Jailbreak your terminal, and add to Cydia the repo: repo.bingner.com from which you will install SAMPrefs or SAM.

2. After installing the application, look for it in Springboard, open it, go to the Utilities section and select De-activate. If you have hacktivation done with redsn0w then you must select revert lockdown. - Follow this step ONLY if you have not yet decoded the terminal.

4. After making sure that the terminal has been deactivated, connect it to iTunes to do the normal activation.

5. After activating it through iTunes, go back to SAMPrefs and press the Backup Activation button. Wait until you receive a message like "Backup Report Success" to be sure that everything is saved.

This method saves a token for your decoding and that token can be used in the future to save the decoding. The important part is that you should not restore to new versions of iOS without installing this token back because there is a chance of losing the decoding of everything.
