The Messages application in iOS is more than simple, offering users an extremely narrow range of options for managing SMS/MMS from our terminals. Apple designed everything so simply that you can't even tell the difference between an MMS and an SMS unless you see an attached picture. We can't sort MMS from SMS, we can't send a quick message from the lockscreen or springboard, everything has to be done through the Messages application. If you send a lot of SMS, then probably at some point you start to get bored with the lack of options in the application and look for alternatives through the AppStore or Cydia. Unfortunately, there are not many alternatives in the AppStore, but in Cydia you will find BiteSMS, QuickSMS or other similar applications that completely change the experience of sending a message from the iPhone.
I, for one, don't send so many SMS/MMSs that I need such an application, but maybe you do, so I ask you, what applications do you use to send SMS/MMSs from your iPhone?
