dreamboard is a theme platform launched a few months ago that you probably know and have already used with your terminal. Dreamboard was then presented as a viable alternative to Winterboard, but unfortunately the application had quite a few bugs, it didn't have enough available themes and it kind of went into anonymity. Well, the developer of the project continued to work on perfecting the application and DreamStore is now available through an application from Cydia.
DreamStore is a store of themes for the Dreamboard platform and as you already realized from it we will be able to buy/install themes for Dreamboard. The store is accessible only through the DreamStore application that you can download from the repo cydia.appleiphone.fr free of charge. Through this application you can navigate through the selection of themes available in the store and you will be able to install/uninstall themes in a much better way than through Winterboard. The themes available in DreamStore are not yet present in Cydia, but I assume that they will not be able to be purchased exclusively from there.
Be very careful with DreamBoard because it can damage the iOS installed in your terminal.
