Installer 4.0 available and compatible with iOS 4.3.3

Installer was the first application for iOS that allowed users to install 3rd party applications on jailbroken terminals. Installer was replaced by Cydia shortly after its release, but it still remained an option for installing applications, until the release of iOS 4 when it became incompatible. Infini Dev Team, the team that brought the application back to life Icy, managed to restore the Installer application, moreover, he made it compatible with iOS 4.3.3. The application itself works with any version of iOS higher than 2.1, but the big problem is that it cannot be used with Cydia repos, so you cannot add any repo to it, nor can you install applications in the ways known until now.

Installer works with a different system than cydia, that wy you won't be able to add a Cydia repo into installer. As we speak we are working on a new community source for installer only, which means you will be able to install things via installer.
We could use help, you may help us by submitting apps that where hosted by installer, or apps that have the installer structure. Or by making an app with an installer structure. Right now, Installer claims to work on every single iOS released after 2.1, even on 4.3.3.

Those from the Infini Dev Team will make a special repo where all the applications of those interested can be uploaded, but from my point of view the project is dead from the start. Cydia is the main source of applications and tweaks and the Installer will remain as unused as Icy, which the Infini Dev Team also brought back to life last month.

To install the Installer application, you must add the Cydia repo http://fr0stdev.co.cc/repo from where you will install The Installer. You can play through the application, but nothing more, you won't have anything to install for now.
