Tablets are "on the wave" now and most mobile phone manufacturers are trying to enter the tablet segment with competitive products. Apple is the market leader with iPad 2, but more and more big names in the industry are "trying their luck" in this field and Asus is trying to amaze us with a product that should represent the future. Asus Pad Phone it is a smartphone tablet or rather a tablet controlled by a smartphone. Those from Asus have designed an Android smartphone with a 4.3-inch screen that can be mounted in a tablet that takes the images from the terminal and displays them on its own 10.1-inch screen.

Basically, the tablet is just a dock in which the smartphone can be inserted because the tablet has no processor, graphics card, storage medium, but only a larger screen that takes the images from the smartphone screen. Is this the future of tablets? Those from Asus say yes, I say no. The idea is interesting and for many it will be attractive considering that this product offers a 2 in 1, a smartphone and a tablet. Will such a product replace classic tablets? Very hard to believe, especially if Apple will continue to be the market leader and will not adopt a similar technology.
