Gevey 3G and unlock for iPhone 4 on iOS 5

Although they appeared confirmation from various parts that claim that the old Gevey 3G cards decode the 04.11.04 baseband from iOS 5, you can also try to update to the new one and you can try decoding. When you update to iOS 5, you will update the baseband to the one previously mentioned and you can try the unlock procedure using the Gevey 3G card. If the procedure does not work and the terminal remains coded, then you can downgrade to iOS 4.3.3 without worry if you have SHSH saved in Cydia. If you don't have SHSH saved in Cydia, then don't update to iOS 5 because you won't be able to downgrade and you'll stay with the new baseband.

Ok, we're downgrading, but the baseband? The baseband returns to that of iOS 4.3.3, i.e. 04.10.01 during the downgrade and you will be able to decode the terminal again on iOS 4.x. This baseband downgrade is only possible for iPhone 4 and only in the case of downgrading from a beta version of iOS to a current version of iOS. Apple has implemented the procedure starting with iOS 4 and so far it has worked without problems, today I downgraded from iOS 2 to iOS 5 twice to be sure that my baseband is being downgraded and each time I- the baseband has returned to that of iOS 4.3.3.

Although the method worked for me, I tell you that you follow the process AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am not responsible for any problems you encounter and I am not responsible if your terminal remains with the iOS 5 baseband.

Below is proof that I have baseband 04.10.01 from iOS 4.3.3.
