A small detail of iOS 5 beta 2 that no one has presented yet has to do with blocking the possibility to use FaceTime. Apple specified in the documentation for iOS 5 that FaceTime will be blocked until the beta 3 version is released, but did not specify the reason for this blocking. iMessage still works without problems but FaceTime is separate so think carefully and if you use FaceTime then don't install iOS 5 beta 2. Those who have tried so far, including me, to use FaceTime on iOS 5 have found that the function doesn't work it activates but does not work at all.
