What would convince you to give up your PC for a Mac?

Every year the market share of Mac OS X grows little by little at the expense of the Windows platform. Every year Apple announces record sales for Mac OS X and Macs, but for now the market share of Macs globally has not reached 10% and in Romania the market share is even lower. Unlike PCs, Macs have prices 2/3/4 times higher, although a simple comparison shows that the hardware is often identical between 2 products in the same category. Macs are seen as products intended for a certain category of people, products that only those "with money" can afford and for now this is the truth.

A good Mac costs around €1500 in Romania, and here we are talking about the low-end version of the MacBook Pro, which in terms of hardware is less equipped than a laptop that we can buy for €500 less. If we are talking about iMac vs. Desktop, then the difference between money vs. performance is even greater, but for some, the stability, simplicity and ease with which Mac OS X can be used compared to Windows is more important. For some, the difference in money between a Mac and a PC lies in the operating system and not in the hardware performance of the product, but this category of people is numerically small. In the end, from my point of view, buying a Mac depends first of all on everyone's purchasing power and secondly on the usefulness of the product itself. For me, Macs well equipped in terms of hardware and at fair prices would lead me to make a purchase. What would convince you to buy a Mac?
