Apple buys the Applepico.com domain

The Apple company usually acquires internet domains for the products it launches, and a few days ago the domain applepico.com was transferred to the company from Cupertino. Apple currently does not have any product in the name of which the name pico is included, so it is more than strange the purchase this field at the moment. If we look at the name of the domain, then of course the first thought goes to pico-projectors, small devices that can be incorporated into smartphones and allow the projection of images.

Although Apple has registered at least one patent related to pico-projectors, there is no information indicating the possible inclusion of one in an iDevice. The smartphones of companies producing Android terminals do not have such a built-in device, so for Apple it would represent a real advantage to implement a pico-projector in the iPhone, but this seems unlikely. The purchase made by Apple is more than interesting and leaves room for speculation and of course some think that in the future we could have a pico-projector implemented in an iPhone.
