LSAlwaysShowMediaControls is a tweak released last night in Cydia that introduces the option to permanently see the iOS multimedia controls in the LockScreen. Normally, displaying these commands would require a double tap in the Lockscreen, but for those who want to have them permanently displayed instead of the date, there is now LSAlwaysShowMediaControls. The tweak has no settings menu, it works after performing the respring and to disable it you have to uninstall the tweak otherwise you will always see those commands there.
LSAlwaysShowMediaControls is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
