While he was CEO at Apple, Steve Jobs took the time to answer some of the emails sent by users. Through answers, Steve offered information about future products, methods to solve problems of some existing ones, in general he gave short and to-the-point answers, but at least he answered. Tim Cook assumed the role of CEO last week and it seems that he wants to be as close to the users of Apple products since he responds to the emails sent to the account tcook@apple.com.
The email above was SENT by a user a few days ago, Cook replied to him but that reply seems to be automatic considering that others received the exact same text. Regardless of whether it's automatic or not, you have the email address above and you can send him thank you messages or possibly express your displeasure about iOS in the hope that he will read it someday.
