SnoozeOrStop brings the ability to stop an alarm to the Clock application directly from the LockScreen

In iOS Apple has implemented an application called Clock in which there is an option to set an alarm that rings at a predetermined time. Unfortunately, over time users have had quite a few problems with the way Apple makes the transition from winter time to summer time, etc, etc, but the tweak we're talking about today solves another problem, the with closing the alarm. The Clock application only allows the activation of the Snooze option when it rings and the terminal is blocked, so by choosing Snooze you should delay the restart by a few minutes.

Add button to stop alarm in Lockscreen! There are no options to configure.

Many users requested the implementation of an option to turn off the alarm, but Apple did not consider it necessary to add it, but a tweak developer took heart and released a tweak that does exactly this. SnoozeOrStop is a tweak released last night that brings iDevice owners the ability to turn off an alarm directly from the LockScreen. The tweak implements a Stop button! besides the Snooze one and when you press Stop! the alarm stops altogether. SnoozeOrStop is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.

  1. I also plugged it in last night and this morning I wanted to not wake up, it only rang for 1 second and then it rang silently... I gave it a special snooze and it did the same, for a second and the sound stopped, but when I looked on the screen as if it were ringing. So I took my heart in my teeth and deleted the application directly...

  2. To stop the alarm altogether in iOS, it is enough to unlock the phone. Once you are aware of Slide to unlock, you are already awake 😉 So Apple has 1-0
