iOS 5 beta 7 and battery life

iOS beta 5 7 is the latest version of iOS and was released last week by the company from Cupertino. Unfortunately, the new version of the operating system brings very little news and focuses more on improving the performance of devices and fixing existing bugs. I have installed this version of iOS for more than a week and I noticed that the battery life has significantly decreased compared to iOS 4. I use the device in exactly the same conditions as in the case of iOS 4, but on iOS 5 beta 7 the battery life is lower and I put this is due to the new functions implemented by Apple.

If on iOS 4 I get more than 5 hours of intense use all the time connected to the Internet and with Push Notifications activated, on iOS 5 beta 7 I barely reach the limit of 5 hours under the same conditions of use. I expected the new version of the operating system to affect the autonomy because the Notifications Center implemented by Apple requires quite a lot of resources to work and of course it is not the only function that runs constantly. For me, iOS 5 beta 7 brings low autonomy, but probably in your case things are different, so I ask you what is your experience with this beta version of iOS 5.
