Steve Jobs on the 39th place in the list of the richest Americans

 

    During this evening the famous Forbes publication published his annual top regarding the richest people in the United States of America. This year, Steve Jobs ranks 39th with a fortune estimated at 7 billion dollars, up 3 places compared to the position he held last year, his fortune increasing by no less than 900 million dollars. Steve Jobs is far behind Bill Gates who keeps his first position with a fortune of 59 billion dollars, but Jobs is also behind Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, who occupies the 14th position with a fortune of 10.6 billion dollars.

Other notable 400 members include Ronald Perelman (No. 26) – he and his dad, Raymond, have an intimate talk in "Funny Business" (p. 90); Steve Jobs (No. 39) the subject of Forbes' upcoming graphic novel, The Zen of Steve Jobs (p. 152); and Ted Turner (No. 212), who has mellowed – somewhat (“The Last Roundup,” p. 128). 

    At the global level, Steve Jobs occupies the 110th position in the list of the richest people, being the richest employee of the company from Cupertino. Steve Jobs resigned as CEO of Apple at the end of August and remains the president of the board of directors of the Cupertino company, actively involved in all the projects carried out within Apple and with the power to dismiss the CEO.
