During the Steve Jobs commemoration ceremony that took place at the Apple campus in Cupertino, Jony Ive paid tribute to the former CEO of the Apple company. The two were close friends, Jobs being a mentor for Ive, but also being the person who brought him into the company and who offered him a position from which he could only take orders from the president of Apple.
