Siri will not arrive on older iDevices according to Apple

Two days ago we show you that Siri can run without problems on the iPhone 3GS with iOS 5 installed, but today I come with bad news that I expected to hear. According to the representatives of the Apple company, Siri will not be ported to the old iDevices and the email above should tell us conviction of this. The email represents an answer provided by the team that deals with the bugs discovered by developers in testing the beta versions of iOS, so it does not come from a person from the management of the company.

Engineering has provided the following feedback regarding this issue:Siri only works on iPhone 4S and we currently have no plans to support older devices.

Even if Tim Cook or another member of the management team would offer the same message, no one can be sure that Apple will not take a certain action, but in the case of Siri things are quite clear. Siri cannot be brought to the old iDevices because it was presented as an important function of the iPhone 4S and its porting by Apple would cancel the advantage gained by the new terminal. In conclusion, we have more chances to see Siri on iPhone 3GS/4 and iPod Touch 3G/4G in the formulas below than in a version of iOS 5 made by Apple.
