Download iOS 5.0.1 for your iDevice or do an OTA update!

Apple released iOS 5.0.1 this evening officially for its users, the new version of the operating system solving the battery autonomy problems for the iPhone 4S and the rest of the iDevices. Apple also added multitouch gestures for the iPad tablet, solved some problems with the Australian Siri accent and solved the problem of saving documents using iCloud. The new version of the operating system can be installed directly from iTunes, but DO NOT UPDATE if you need jailbreak or unlock!

You can download iOS 5 through one of the links below, but you can also do an OTA update directly from your terminal in Settings>General>Software Update if you do NOT have a jailbreak.

UPDATED: MuscleNerd announced today that from iOS 5.0.1 to iOS 5 it is not possible to downgrade using only a SHSH! If you want untethered jailbreak, do NOT update to iOS 5.0.1.

UPDATE 2: If you want untethered jailbreak for your device read this article before updating to iOS 5.0.1.
