A little over a month after the official release, iPhone 4S reached already in second place in the top of the most popular cameras for mobile phones on the famous Flickr site. Every day, millions of users from all over the world upload their photos to Flickr, and as you can see in the image above, the iPhone 4S is quickly becoming one of the most popular devices used to record photos published on Flickr. At the moment, the device occupies the second place in the list of the most popular cameras for mobile phones, the first place being of course occupied by the iPhone 4.
I don't think that the 4s will soon dethrone the iPhone 4 from that list, but I expect the new device to reach the top of the most popular cameras with which pictures uploaded to Flickr are recorded very quickly. The iPhone 4 has been occupying that position for several months, but next year the iPhone 4S will more than likely reach at least the top 5.
