Video: Chronic Dev Team shows us an untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 5, but not all of us will have it from the beginning

A few hours ago I published a video clip in which Pod2G, a member of the Chronic Dev Team, demonstrates to us that the team managed to develop an untethered jailbreak solution for our iDevices. Unfortunately, their solution does not yet work on all terminals and for the beginning it will only be available to owners of terminals with a maximum of the A4 chip, so iPad 2 and iPhone 4S will not be able to use it from the very beginning. Even so, the rest of the users will be able to untethered jailbreak without problems on their own terminals, but it is not known exactly when.

Pod2G announced on its Twitter account that the solution only works with iOS 5 at the moment, it could be modified to be compatible with iOS 5.0.1 or even iOS 5.1 but it will be some time before its release . Pod2G does not have an iPad 2 tablet or an iPhone 4S, so you can imagine how long it will take until the solution is also available for these terminals. In conclusion, an untethered jailbreak solution is far from being released that will initially be available only for certain terminals and will be compatible perhaps only with iOS 5.
