A new phishing attack affects Apple customers

During the winter holidays, hackers think of more and more interesting methods by which they can trick users. Now I have for you a new phishing attack that is designed for to fool Apple customers. In the image above you have what appears to be an email received from the Apple company and it looks quite real considering that it comes in a format that many of us have seen in the past in emails sent by Apple. In reality, that email contains a link to a website made by some hackers to resemble Apple's website as much as possible.

The email tells users that they need to update their billing information and to do this they need to access Apple's website. These emails were apparently sent to those who purchased an Apple product during the holidays, but theoretically they could reach anyone. If you receive such an email, check the link in your browser and if you don't see a url that has the name .apple.com in it, then don't enter the data there because you might find yourself running out of money on your card.
