Volume Step is a new tweak recently released in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to customize the way they change the volume level in iOS using the side buttons. The tweak has a dedicated menu in the Settings application of iOS and through it we can change how much the speaker volume of an iDevice is reduced or increased when we press one of the side buttons. The tweak has a button with which we can turn it on/off, but it also has a submenu where we can set the percentage by which the volume is reduced when we press a button.
VolumeStep is an awesome tweak to change the step by which the volume buttons increment. If you've ever been bugged by not quite being able to change the volume to exactly where you want it this tweak is for you. It allows you to reduce the volume step by percentages in preferences. The default is 50%.
