Young Americans consider Steve Jobs as one of the greatest innovators of mankind

The US press compared Steve Jobs with Thomas Edison in terms of ingenuity and young Americans took note of these comparisons and in a study recently done on 1.010 people, Steve Jobs was placed second in the list of the greatest innovators of mankind. First place was awarded to Thomas Edison who had half of the young people's votes, Steve Jobs was placed in second place with 24% of the votes, Alexander Bell in 3rd place with 10% of the votes, Marie Curie in 4th place with 5% of votes and Mark Zuckerberg occupies the 5th position with 3% of votes.

The study was carried out by the Lemelson-MIT Invention Index organization and was conducted on young people between the ages of 16 and 25. Looking at the positioning of Mark Zuckerberg, I would say that young Americans understand the term innovation a bit poorly, but since Facebook is such an important component in their lives, it is understandable why the founder of Facebook occupies an important role. In the end, Steve Jobs is credited with a lot, but not all of them are 100% exclusively due to his merit.
