We all know how limited Apple's iOS is in some respects, but we all know how beneficial Cydia tweaks are and how much they can help us to improve the iOS user experience. For you today I have a tweak called RingerX VIP that allows us to manage the way an iPhone rings for each individual contact. Basically, we can set that when a certain contact calls us, we hear the ringtone regardless of whether the phone is set to vibrate mode, and we can do it in such a way that we never hear when a contact calls us, regardless of whether the terminal is set to vibrate or not . We can also set the ringtone for a specific contact to have a higher or lower intensity regardless of the iOS settings and the same is available for messages.
Part of the functionality of RingerX VIP can also be found in tweaks such as Activator, but in a much more limited way. RingerX VIP is not currently available in Cydia, but it should appear in the next few days and will be available for $1.99.
