TweetLine is a new tweak published last evening in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to "convince" Siri to recite the last 5 tweets available in the timeline of your Twitter account. The tweak allows Siri to access your Twitter account and as soon as it does it will start reciting the last 5 tweets available there. Although the function seems new, in essence you can do the same thing with the Accessibility function available in iOS for a very, very long time, only it requires the selection of the text you want to hear read.
