Apple is starting to block Siri on terminals that have installed it through Spire or other ports

Siri was designed by Apple only for the iPhone 4S terminal, but thanks to the ingenuity of hackers from the international community of jailbreakers, Siri also reached the old iDevices for which Apple does not offer it. If until now the Spire tweak and a Siri server were enough to use the personal assistant on any iDevice, Apple has taken a first step towards blocking the possibility of using Siri on these devices. Apple has recently included a new authentication method to the Siri servers so that now a new token is needed, called SetActivationToken, for the assistant to work on the pirate servers of various hackers.

Problem it appeared almost a day ago when many noticed that Siri stopped working out of the blue. Many servers stopped responding to commands, but soon it was discovered that deleting a file from the terminal solved the problem and things returned to normal, for now. To reactivate Siri, you must delete the file com.apple.assistant.plist from var/mobile/Library/Preferences/ and theoretically you should solve the problem. Some users were left without Siri for a short time, others did not have any problem, so it seems that only some servers have been affected for now.

This is the first attempt to block Siri made by the Apple company and I suspect that more important and lasting ones will come in the near future.
